Cloud Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist and ensure a seamless migration experience for all clients of 11:11.

• Plan, provision, transition, and enhance customers' cloud environments.

• Provide migration services that align with the integration strategy of 11:11 Systems.

• Assess incoming migration requests and coordinate technical requirements with the team.

• Serve as a technical escalation point for customer migration and integration issues.

• Collaborate and escalate matters with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams.

• Manage project tickets and handle escalations within the designated area of responsibility.

• Adhere to best practices in service management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships.

• Address and resolve migration-related incidents and issues.

• Work with vendors and escalate tickets to vendor support as necessary.

• Improve team efficiency by taking charge of new and varied requests.

• Handle company data in accordance with data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.

• Review and comply with company policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a technical, hands-on, enterprise VMware administrator.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in utilizing VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).

• Practical experience in managing scalable, highly available, mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures.

• Experience in implementing and managing multiple virtual environments.

• Strong understanding and experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.

• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services like BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.

• Over 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with extensive hands-on troubleshooting.

• Excellent communicator with high energy, a positive attitude, and an aptitude for professional development.

• Detail-oriented and goal-driven, with proven technical knowledge and consultative abilities.

• Capability to independently pursue positive outcomes for assigned tasks.

• Must be eligible to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship.
