This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide support and ensure a seamless migration experience for all clients of 11:11
• Plan, provision, migrate, and optimize cloud-based environments for customers
• Deliver migration services in accordance with 11:11 Systems’ integration strategy
• Assess incoming migration requests and coordinate technical requirements with the team
• Serve as a technical escalation point for issues related to customer migration and integration
• Collaborate and escalate matters with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams
• Manage project tickets and escalations within assigned responsibilities
• Adhere to best practices in service management
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster professional relationships
• Ensure that incidents and issues related to migration are effectively addressed
• Work with vendors and escalate customer tickets to vendor support when necessary
• Improve team efficiency by taking ownership of new and varied requests
• Handle company data and information in compliance with data-handling agreements, procedures, and policies
• Abide by company policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a technical, hands-on enterprise VMware administrator
• In-depth knowledge and experience with VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager)
• Proven experience in managing scalable, highly available, mission-critical VMware infrastructures
• Background in implementing and managing multiple virtual environments
• Strong understanding of and experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services such as BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS
• At least 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with significant hands-on troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and a capacity for professional growth
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven with proven technical knowledge and consultative abilities
• Capable of pursuing positive outcomes for assigned tasks independently
• Must be eligible to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship
