Cloud HCM Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Align the existing business processes and procedures of clients with validated HCM Cloud methodologies.

• Utilize functional expertise alongside technical consulting teams to implement Oracle Cloud solutions that are aligned with business objectives.

• Facilitate client workshops to define functional business requirements.

• Identify gaps in requirements and design, and develop corresponding solutions.

• Configure Oracle Cloud environments and document the application setup.

• Provide clients with advice on options, risks, and the impacts on other processes or systems.

• Oversee the module track, manage scope, client expectations, risks, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coach and offer feedback on design, configuration, and documentation practices.

• Guide and assist clients during test-script execution.

• Engage in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design.

• Propel innovative Oracle Cloud product solutions.

• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants.

• Lead multiple complex projects while contributing thought leadership, business development, strategic vision, and engaging at the executive client level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar.

• At least four (4) full life cycle, hands-on implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud within your area of expertise.

• Experience specific to Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys, is essential.

• Relevant industry and consulting experience with competing products (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.) will also be taken into account.

• Oracle certification in your area of expertise is required.

• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.

• Strong understanding of client data movement to external systems and the impacts on upstream/downstream processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects successfully.

• Excellent planning and prioritization skills.

• Effective communication management with senior client stakeholders.

• Proven history of establishing long-lasting client relationships.

• Willingness to share knowledge and skills with Associate and Senior consultants.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.
