This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and establish essential DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline architecture utilizing GitHub Actions for automating tenant onboarding.
• Automate tenant workspace setup and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) onboarding workflows with Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Enforce standards for code quality, dependency scanning, policy-as-code, approval gates, and comprehensive audit trails.
• Facilitate secure environment transitions through the development, testing, and production stages.
• Provide 24x7 monitoring and remediation support for the CI/CD pipeline.
• Maintain the Platform Operations Runbook and IaC Baselines.
• Ensure provisioning pipelines adhere to a 10-business-day SLA to enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee AWS cloud environments, including EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance platform performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and continuous operations for mission-critical federal platforms.
• Implement blue/green and canary deployment methodologies.
• Over 7 years of practical experience in AWS cloud engineering.
• Active Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is required; candidates currently undergoing this process are not eligible.
• U.S. Citizenship is a necessity.
• Must fulfill eligibility criteria for classified information access and be capable of obtaining a government-issued security clearance.
• Expertise in Terraform for automated IaC provisioning and management.
• Experience in designing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with SAST/DAST/secrets scanning.
• Familiarity with Databricks Asset Bundles for automating workspace deployments.
• Strong skills in EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking.
• Experience with blue/green and canary deployment techniques.
• Willingness to provide 24x7 on-call support, including during off-hours deployment times.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM/Bicep.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking principles: TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Current or recent experience with IRS contracts is strongly preferred.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are advantageous.
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Background in automated testing and deployment strategies.
