Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deploy and manage cloud environments.

• Assist with cloud deployment and maintenance activities.

• Ensure smooth operation, optimal performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions, with a focus on Azure environments.

• Apply Infrastructure as Code principles utilizing Terraform.

• Leverage Kubernetes and DevOps methodologies to enhance cloud infrastructure.

• Improve security protocols through manual techniques or custom Infrastructure as Code solutions.

• Work collaboratively with the international team on technically and organizationally complex projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD practices.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform.

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Bash/Shell scripting.

• Expertise in deploying and managing environments in Azure.

• Familiar with Ansible.

• Strong foundation in DevOps principles, excluding Azure DevOps.

• Comprehension of security best practices and capability to implement them manually or through IaC.

• Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell (preferred).

• Familiarity with Python (preferred).

• Understanding of the service mesh concept (preferred).

• Knowledge of Azure networking (preferred).
