This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accessibility, resilience, security, and performance of Infios cloud solutions.

• Design, implement, and enhance secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across OCI, AWS, and Azure.

• Lead cloud architecture decisions, review technical designs, and offer senior-level support for complex infrastructure and L2 to L4 incidents.

• Oversee infrastructure lifecycles, encompassing network components, upgrades, patching, migrations, CI/CD activities, and new cloud features.

• Monitor cloud resources for performance, security, and cost, enhancing service reliability and efficiency through regular analysis.

• Develop automation processes to minimize manual maintenance.

• Document cloud configurations, procedures, backup protocols, and disaster recovery plans.

• Collaborate with security and technical teams to fortify cloud environments.

• Mentor junior team members and advocate for best practices.

• Participate in the on-call rotation for urgent incidents.

• Work together with Product Development, Professional Services, Support, Customer Support, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.

• Lead architectural decisions, enhance disaster recovery capabilities, advance automation, and promote uniform cloud engineering standards across the global cloud landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of five years of experience in administering cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or OCI.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles, including VPCs, VNets, Direct Connect, FastConnect, and ExpressRoute.

• Proficient in scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.

• Experience in CI/CD, configuration, and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with managing container solutions such as Kubernetes.

• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools.

• Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems or databases is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring others.

• Cloud certification is mandatory; professional- or architect-level certification is preferred.
