This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, implementation, and management of AWS infrastructure and shared platform services.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance infrastructure-as-code tools and best practices.

• Configure and resolve issues related to AWS networking, which includes VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancers, DNS, and connectivity.

• Automate routine operational tasks utilizing scripting, reusable modules, and standardized workflows.

• Monitor the health of the platform, investigate incidents, and engage in on-call or escalation support as part of a collaborative team rotation.

• Implement security, reliability, availability, cost, and compliance measures within cloud infrastructure and operational processes.

• Collaborate with application engineering, security, networking, SRE, and service management teams to address issues and enhance platform capabilities.

• Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, infrastructure standards, and operational procedures.

• Participate in code reviews, infrastructure assessments, technical planning, and the ongoing improvement of team processes.

• Contribute to the development of reusable, self-service platform capabilities for application teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be acceptable.

• 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, systems administration, or a comparable infrastructure role.

• Proven experience supporting AWS environments across development, testing, or production.

• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools and systems.

• Experience in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
