Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Map the current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.

• Identify inefficiencies, waste, and manual handoffs.

• Re-engineer workflows for cloud-native architectures utilizing automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive organizational readiness assessments prior to cloud migration.

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement business units.

• Adapt operational rhythms and workflows to leverage modern cloud capabilities.

• Define, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs.

• Assess efficiency improvements, process enhancements, and agility post-migration.

• Implement structured change management and process optimization methodologies.

• Lead teams through operational transitions and promote a cloud-first, agile mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, IT, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.

• At least 4 years of experience in Cloud Solutions and Business Operations.

• Must be eligible to obtain a background clearance as required by government clients.

• Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.

• Knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.

• Understanding of Lean/Agile operational principles.

• Ability to define key performance metrics, identify workflow bottlenecks, and convert complex data into actionable operational solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or a similar certification is advantageous.

• Foundational or practitioner-level cloud certifications are a significant plus.
