Cloud Computing Specialist – Mobile Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage tools for the analysis, monitoring, deployment, and orchestration of cloud environments.

• Ensure the scalability, security, usability, and reliability of applications.

• Carry out integrations as requested by clients.

• Implement updates and fixes for systems and environments.

• Offer Level 2 technical support.

• Create tools aimed at reducing error rates and enhancing customer experience.

• Develop software solutions for integration with internal back-end systems.

• Conduct root cause analyses of production errors.

• Investigate and resolve technical challenges.

• Write scripts to automate processes and enhance environment visualization and monitoring.

• Design protocols for diagnosing failures.

• Establish system maintenance procedures.

• Administer, monitor, and sustain cloud environments.

• Assist in deploying and operating scalable applications within cloud environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Possessing a postgraduate qualification (specialization, master's degree, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology or a related area, totaling at least 360 hours.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience.

• At least 3 years of specialized experience as a Cloud Computing Engineer or in a comparable position.

• Experience with cloud computing projects that manage high daily traffic volumes.

• Proficient in configuring application servers.

• Experience in monitoring both on-premises and/or cloud environments.

• Familiarity with container orchestration.

• Knowledgeable in Docker and its applications.

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

• Experience managing tools in the Google Firebase environment.

• Proficient with Realtime Database, Firestore, Remote Config, and Analytics.

• Experience in replicating environments and services.

• Understanding of security, scalability, and application robustness practices in cloud environments.

• Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering capacity.

• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud, Firebase, and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure.

• Experience implementing best practices for storing, deploying, and migrating scalable applications.

• Experience in migrating applications between on-premises and cloud environments.

• Experience with manual and/or automated container orchestration.

• Experience in highly available environments managing high traffic volumes.

• Experience with mobile applications and their associated back-end and infrastructure environments.
