Cloud Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in the daily operations of Aderant’s cloud products and services.

• Oversee and assess environments for Aderant’s clients and project teams.

• Address and resolve requests and incidents for Aderant’s customers and partners.

• Monitor platforms and manage platform alerts.

• Provide support to internal and external clients utilizing Aderant’s cloud solutions.

• Implement and contribute to best practices in Expert operations.

• Establish and improve maintenance routines for Sierra environments.

• Collaborate with various Aderant departments and represent the operations team.

• Prioritize tasks and assist with documentation and reporting as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced in application support specialization.

• Proficient in diagnosing application performance and system availability using operating system metrics, logs, and relevant utilities within production environments.

• Competent in utilizing online documentation/resources and logical problem-solving to explore new technologies and troubleshoot software issues.

• Well-acquainted with Windows-based application environments.

• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.

• Understanding of processes and business functions common in client-server application environments.

• Previous experience with practice management systems such as Aderant Expert is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Windows Server administration, including IIS, PowerShell, and Active Directory.

• Knowledge of the managed service approach and associated procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
