This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and provide support for the complete Microsoft 365 E5 ecosystem, which encompasses Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and various collaboration services.
• Handle licensing management, provisioning, service health, and governance.
• Provide support for Teams Voice and collaboration technologies.
• Spearhead modernization initiatives aimed at enhancing employee productivity and digital workplace experiences.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
• Manage Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, MFA, and controls for identity security.
• Assist with onboarding, role transitions, offboarding, and conducting access reviews.
• Manage security, distribution, dynamic, and guest B2B collaboration groups.
• Support initiatives for passwordless authentication, including Windows Hello for Business and modern authentication.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies, configuration profiles, security policies, Windows Update rings, and Autopilot deployments.
• Oversee the management of Windows 11, Android, iOS, and macOS endpoints throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues related to enrollment, compliance, provisioning, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Administer Microsoft Defender technologies and investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Engage in vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Establish endpoint hardening standards and security baselines.
• Support Microsoft Purview compliance technologies, along with regulatory, audit, and governance initiatives.
• Assist in the collection of compliance documentation and evidence.
• Facilitate the governance and deployment of Microsoft Copilot technologies, including licensing, usage monitoring, and administrative controls.
• Provide administration support for Azure resources, cloud modernization, hybrid infrastructure integration, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Act as an escalation point for complex Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and security challenges.
• Collaborate with Systems, Network, AI, and Cybersecurity teams on infrastructure and incident response.
• Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage Hyper-V administration and coordinate disaster recovery efforts.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance as necessary.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and Azure automation.
• Enhance workflows related to onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, patching, reporting, and operations.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, standards, and procedures.
• Identify areas for operational efficiency improvement.
• Mentor support staff and share technical knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive IT experience with increasing responsibilities involving Microsoft technologies.
• A minimum of 3 years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise or multi-site business setting.
• Strong practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Solid hands-on experience with PowerShell automation.
• Proficient hands-on experience in Windows endpoint management.
• Experience supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview administration.
• Familiarity with supporting Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Understanding of modern endpoint management, Autopilot, endpoint security, and device compliance.
• Familiarity with Azure administration, Windows Server, Hyper-V, identity governance, and ITIL service management.
• Strongly preferred PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with supporting Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity platforms.
• Preferred certifications include MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, SC-200, AZ-104, and CompTIA Security+.
