Clipping Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the clipping process from start to finish.

• Operate the existing clipping pipeline effectively.

• Address and resolve any issues within the current pipeline.

• Develop a comprehensive plan to transition all clipping operations in-house.

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and compensate clippers.

• Oversee quality assurance for all clipping work.

• Coordinate clipping efforts with external partners.

• Spearhead the development of the company's internal clipping system.

• Propel viral marketing campaigns on Instagram and various social media platforms.

• Discover unique marketing avenues and innovative promotional strategies.

• Prioritize conversion rates and aim for viral success in campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in clipping, whether on the agency side, in-house, or through personal scaling.

• In-depth understanding of clipping marketplaces, including agencies and freelancers.

• Current proficiency with TikTok, X, Instagram, and Shorts.

• Capability to establish an operational framework from the ground up, rather than merely following an existing one.

• Significant experience in igaming, cryptocurrency, or sports betting sectors.

• Awareness of ineffective practices and common pitfalls to avoid.
