Clinical Trials Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Organize and monitor system access for the project team (including Project Managers, Lead CRAs, CRAs, etc.).

• Ensure quality control and maintain the most up-to-date versions of documents on project portals.

• Support the project team in the preparation and distribution of clinical trial documentation, such as the Investigator Site File.

• Manage version control and quality assurance of project documentation and submit to the trial master file.

• Aid in the tracking and upkeep of project-related information, including the site medical question and answer log.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, along with fluency in the local language.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while exercising independent judgment.

• Keen attention to detail with a strong emphasis on the quality of work.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, along with at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Skill sets and proven performance equivalent to the aforementioned requirements.
