📋 Description

• Manage the planning and execution of clinical supplies initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for managing clinical trial supplies.

• Monitor and evaluate project timelines, budgets, and resource distributions to enhance efficiency and achieve project objectives.

• Identify potential risks and challenges in the logistics of clinical supplies, recommending and implementing solutions for seamless project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise project and program management workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality and timeline expectations.

• Design and analyze clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the progression of innovative treatments and therapies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as pharmacy, life sciences, or supply chain management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical supplies projects within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to clinical trial supply management.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving project success.

• A problem-solving approach, with the capacity to adapt to evolving project dynamics and implement effective solutions.

• Extensive experience in project and program management.

• Capability to balance competing priorities and foster the development of your team.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
