Clinical Trial Psych Rater – German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Review scales utilized by raters to ensure adherence to standardized assessment protocols

• Assess the quality of evaluations

• Participate in live discussions with raters to offer guidance on methodologies and scoring techniques

• Enhance rater performance through functional evaluations (e.g., mock interviews)

• Contribute to communication materials and documentation

• Engage in orientation, training, and calibration initiatives

• Analyze case data and prepare for discussions with raters

• Conduct real-time interactions with raters to provide constructive feedback and guidance

• Fulfill assigned responsibilities and submit necessary documentation accurately and punctually

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews

• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with psychiatric populations

• At least 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective professional interactions at all levels

• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent in English with native-level proficiency in German
