
Clinical Training and Education Manager – Endo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Provide comprehensive training and educational programs related to company products, procedures, and best practices.
• Present approved materials during didactic training sessions.
• Offer case support to both domestic and international customers who have received training.
• Conduct assessment tests and create training curricula and programs.
• Establish protocols and assist with field assessments for new product market research trials.
• Design and implement ongoing home-study training courses.
• Facilitate staff training and deliver clinical feedback to address customer issues.
• Act as the company's clinical expert.
• Standardize and digitize sales training materials.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to create sales training and in-servicing videos.
• Address clinical inquiries from doctors, technicians, and sales representatives.
• Aid sales and marketing initiatives by providing in-servicing to key customers on Merit products.
• Support and train clinicians in the field while troubleshooting product-related challenges.
• Evaluate the clinical competency of new employees and offer feedback and recommendations.
• Author technical papers for emerging markets, segments, and niches.
• Organize and execute symposiums and clinical education events.
• Create value-added CEU credits.
• Perform other necessary duties and tasks.
• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• At least six years of hands-on medical experience.
• Experience in the Endoscopy and/or General Surgery divisions is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to analyze feedback in a training context and devise strategies for enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of training and development techniques.
• Capability to implement a corporate sales training program.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex issues.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to coordinate large-scale programs.
• Proven computer skills, especially with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant software applications.
• Education and clinical experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse, Surgery Technician, or Radiology Technician is preferred.
• Experience in medical product sales and sales training is preferred.
• Proficiency in product training.
• Experience in writing and preparing sales training manuals.
• Skill assessment testing experience.
• Development of training curricula/programs.
• Product troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; local practices may apply.
