Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical training sessions both virtually and in-person for a specific client.

• Aid in the creation of clinical training programs, content, and educational materials.

• Collaborate on assessing the effectiveness of training and expanding clinical training services.

• Partner with the designated client and internal Spring Health staff to address customer requirements.

• Work with global providers to adjust materials for cultural sensitivity.

• Adhere to Spring Health policies while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and ethical practices.

• Support Wellsprings and onsite health fairs as necessary.

• Manage virtual event platforms, clinical providers, prepared resources, reporting, and evaluation metrics.

• Provide consultation on Training and Programming planning and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the dedicated client.

• Utilize clinical skills in urgent or crisis situations.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dedicated client’s benefits, offerings, divisions, and employee demographics.

• Deliver presentations to all organizational tiers, including executives.

• Achieve an average live-event feedback rating of 4.5/5 or higher.

• Enhance efficiency in addressing customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training.

• Cultivate client relationships and cultural awareness to tailor trainings to the workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.); applications from individuals requiring licensed supervision will not be considered.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year of post-licensed practice.

• Proficient with technology and adept at engaging learners in a virtual setting.

• Experience in training and a solid grasp of adult learning principles and virtual engagement strategies.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design and content creation.

• Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms as necessary.

• Excellent communication skills with the dedicated client and fellow Spring Health team members.
