Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with members of the Customer Advancement team to provide ServicePlus training.

• Conduct advanced training sessions for customers who are enhancing their utilization of CensiTrac software.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the CensiTrac SaaS product suite.

• Facilitate training on the features and advantages of CensiTrac for ServicePlus clients.

• Finalize training plans, reports, checklists, and other necessary ServicePlus documentation.

• Interact with both technical and non-technical client personnel.

• Deliver demonstrations and in-service training at client locations.

• Keep updated knowledge of equipment, products, and systems associated with sterile processing.

• Create innovative solutions to assist customers in effectively utilizing the Censis product suite.

• Ensure excellent customer service and represent Censis products in a professional manner.

• Identify and report installation issues, software bugs, and essential software changes to internal teams.

• Engage in Censis educational events and activities with the Clinical Team.

• Provide support to other departments and carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

• Maintain precise records of travel expenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sterile Processing department.

• Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing or implementing CensiTrac.

• Understanding of regulatory agencies affecting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms.

• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, computer systems, and standard software applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
