Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with members of the Customer Advancement team to provide ServicePlus training

• Conduct advanced CensiTrac training sessions for ServicePlus clients

• Support Clinical Educators in the ongoing enhancement of training materials and documentation

• Engage in educational initiatives aimed at Censis personnel, partners, customers, and potential clients

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the CensiTrac SaaS product suite

• Deliver training on all features and benefits of CensiTrac

• Prepare ServicePlus documentation, including training plans, reports, and checklists

• Interact with both technical and non-technical client resources

• Provide demonstrations and in-service training at client locations

• Keep updated on equipment, products, and systems related to sterile processing

• Create innovative solutions to assist customers in effectively utilizing the Censis product suite

• Offer exceptional customer service while professionally representing Censis products

• Identify and report installation issues, software bugs, and necessary software modifications to internal teams

• Participate in Censis educational events and activities with the Clinical Team

• Provide internal support to other departments and fulfill assigned responsibilities

• Maintain precise travel expense records for timely submission

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sterile Processing department

• Current professional certification from HSPA or CBSPD

• Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing or implementing CensiTrac

• Understanding of regulatory bodies that influence Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, computer systems, and standard software tools

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience

• Willingness to travel up to 75%
