Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

• Address various client concerns such as adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

• Accurately enter and maintain documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR system, adhering to company protocols.

• Utilize the WellQor Clinician Connect platform for idea sharing and to seek support from clinicians and leadership across the nation.

• Collaborate effectively with designated care teams, colleagues, and the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist.

• Foster long-term patient relationships through teletherapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or an equivalent qualification, with licensure to practice independently.

• Empanelment or participation with commercial insurance plans is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Comfortable using mobile devices.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems for patient documentation and communication.
