Clinical Testing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the clinical evaluation of AI-driven healthcare solutions.

• Organize clinical testers and ensure uniformity in testing and documentation processes.

• Assess AI interactions for clinical relevance, accuracy, escalation, resolution, workflow integration, and patient communication.

• Compile testing results to uncover trends, patterns, strengths, and areas for optimization.

• Convert clinical findings into practical recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.

• Create and sustain clinical test cases, rubrics, reference standards, and testing documentation.

• Collaborate across departments to promote ongoing improvement and clinical validation of new features and workflows.

• Act as a clinical subject-matter expert and advocate for authentic nursing practices during product development.

• Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of AI for practical clinical applications.

• Affect product decisions, clinical quality, and the advancement of healthcare AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience required.

• Nurse triage experience is strongly recommended.

• If lacking nurse triage experience, acute-care experience in emergency nursing, ED triage, or critical care is necessary for consideration.

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, escalation, and disposition decision-making capabilities are essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convey clinical findings to both clinical and technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and pattern-recognition abilities.

• Experience in clinical quality, validation, informatics, healthcare technology, or AI is preferred.

• Familiarity with generative AI, conversational AI, or large language models is preferred.
