Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in Allentown, Pennsylvania in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales components of Intuitive’s operations.

• Support sales representatives by facilitating surgeon training sessions, hospital robotic development, and managing territory.

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, which include operating-room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team sales targets.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and preparing for quota attainment.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, such as documenting sales/procedures and outcomes of sales initiatives.

• Process expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A proven track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to the Allentown or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.

• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control regulations.
