Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in western Pittsburgh in a developmental position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care sectors.

• Support sales representatives in conducting surgeon training, facilitating hospital robotic initiatives, and managing overall territory.

• Lead technical in-service sessions for customers, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help meet team quotas.

• Gain practical experience in goal setting, mapping, and achievement in preparation for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties, which include reporting on sales/procedures and sales activity results.

• File expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the western Pittsburgh, PA area.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of external sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and a commendable work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven aptitude for effective teamwork.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.

• Total target compensation of $126,140 for Region 1 or $119,000 for Region 2 (this includes base pay and commission, rather than a base salary).
