Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in western Pittsburgh in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Support sales representatives in surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management.

• Facilitate technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users.

• Contribute to the overall team sales targets.

• Gain valuable experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and achieving targets in preparation for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties, such as sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to move to the western Pittsburgh, PA area.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• A demonstrated history of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic are necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.
