Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Richmond, VA team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge encompassing technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and overall management of the territory.

• Conduct technical in-services for customers, which include operating-room staff and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve overall team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and reaching quotas in preparation for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties, including reporting on sales/procedures, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A demonstrated history of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven capability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Candidates must either reside in or be open to relocating to the Richmond, VA area.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or its clients.

• Must comply with applicable U.S. export-control regulations, which may include export licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements.
