This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.
• Undergo training to become an expert in da Vinci Surgery's technical and sales aspects across primary surgical specialties.
• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Optimize the utilization of existing da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Offer case support, insights, guidance, and training to surgical teams on the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-service training for operating room staff, surgeons, and other clients.
• Contribute to achieving quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, OR selling activities, and customer support training.
• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.
• Generate awareness and foster procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and selling efforts.
• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training and provide advice on the correct handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.
• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.
• Strong ambition and a solid work ethic are essential.
• Capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, depending on business requirements.
• Competence to complete mandatory training and assigned ISU online modules.
• Ability to adhere to relevant medical-device legal standards.
• A sales degree is advantageous.
