Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to enhance technical, clinical, and sales knowledge.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert for da Vinci® Surgery across key surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Assist the region by optimizing the usage of existing da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, insights, guidance, and training to surgical teams on the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other clients.

• Help achieve quarterly sales targets through product demos, in-services, OR selling activities, and customer support training.

• Support or organize regional sales and marketing development initiatives.

• Foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and sales activities.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and complete assigned online modules using company software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving the necessary training and provide guidance on the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• The role can be based in Stavanger or the Bergen area.

• A degree in sales is an added advantage.
