This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.
• Undergo training to become an expert in da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales across primary surgical specialties.
• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Enhance a specific region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.
• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.
• Contribute to quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-service activities, operating room sales efforts, and customer support training.
• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to foster system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Report on sales and procedures, as well as the outcomes of sales initiatives.
• Complete expense reports and fulfill assigned ISU online modules using the company's required software.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training, offering guidance and support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Capability to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci® Surgery.
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks responsibly using company-required software systems.
• Ability to serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training and in accordance with legal standards.
