Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Wilmington, DE team in a 24+ month developmental position.

• Acquire knowledge of the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Support sales representatives in conducting surgeon trainings and advancing hospital robotic initiatives.

• Assist with overall territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and aid in achieving team quotas.

• Cultivate skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota achievement in preparation for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative tasks, including reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activity results, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside very close to or be willing to relocate to the Wilmington, DE area.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• High ambition and a strong work ethic are expected.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team is important.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.

• Must comply with applicable U.S. export control requirements if the role is subject to them.

• Total target compensation is $126,140 USD for Region 1 or $119,000 USD for Region 2 (includes base pay and commission; base salary not specified).
