Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Phoenix team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for operating-room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help meet team quotas.

• Attain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and achieving objectives to prepare for a future quota-bearing position.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense report submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A proven track record of success is preferred.

• Ambition and an exceptional work ethic are preferred qualities.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team is preferred.

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.

• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan.

• Total target compensation of $126,140 for Region 1 and $119,000 for Region 2 (this includes base pay, commission, benefits, and equity; it is not a stated base salary).
