Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in Richmond, VA for a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care sector.

• Support sales representatives with training for surgeons, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, including surgical teams and operating room personnel.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and aid in achieving team quotas.

• Accumulate experience in setting goals, territory mapping, and preparing for quota attainment.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, such as sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residency within or willingness to relocate to the Richmond, VA area is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year in outside sales is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• Demonstrated track record of success is essential.

• Must possess ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively within a team is necessary.

• May need to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.

• Subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, and/or compliance with a Technology Control Plan may apply.
