Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sarasota team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge encompassing technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Assist sales representatives in conducting surgeon training sessions.

• Support the robotic development initiatives of hospitals.

• Contribute to the management of the overall territory.

• Lead technical in-services for customers, including operating-room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users.

• Aid in achieving the team's overall sales quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping strategies, and achieving objectives in preparation for a future quota-bearing position.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activity results, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to move to the Sarasota, FL area.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic are expected.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is critical.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.

• Must comply with applicable U.S. export-control regulations, including potential export licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements.

• Total target compensation of 126,140 USD for Region 1.

• Total target compensation of 119,000 USD for Region 2.
