Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales authority in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance a region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams on the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, operating room sales activities, and customer training sessions.

• Assist or organize regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee sales and procedure documentation, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned online training modules using necessary company software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving the required training and offer guidance on the appropriate use of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• Strong ambition and a robust work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• Sales degree is advantageous.

• Ability to successfully complete required training and adhere to legal obligations for serving as a Medical Device Consultant.
