Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Arizona team in a developmental capacity for over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic initiatives, and comprehensive territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to aid in achieving team targets.

• Gain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and attainment in preparation for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties, including reporting on sales/procedures, sales activity outcomes, and expense report submissions.

• Travel within the designated territory and provide support during evenings and weekends as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A proven track record of success is preferred.

• Ambition and a strong work ethic are preferred attributes.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team is preferred.

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ.

• Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan.

• Total target compensation of $126,140 for Region 1 or $119,000 for Region 2 (includes base pay, commission, benefits, and equity; not a stated base salary).
