Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months, focusing on technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, fostering hospital robotic development, and managing overall territory operations.

• Conduct technical in-service sessions for customers, which include operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help meet team sales goals.

• Acquire experience in establishing, mapping, and achieving goals in preparation for a future role with sales quotas.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as reporting on sales/procedures and sales activity results.

• Prepare and submit expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

• Demonstrated history of success in previous roles.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to the Sarasota area.
