Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Tallahassee/Panama City team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory oversight.

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, which includes operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team quotas.

• Gain practical experience in setting, mapping, and meeting goals in preparation for a future quota-carrying position.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, such as reporting on sales/procedures and analyzing sales activity results.

• Process expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• High ambition and an outstanding work ethic are required.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tallahassee or Panama City area.

• Must provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, if required by Intuitive and/or customers.

• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export control regulations.
