Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Arizona team in a developmental capacity for over 24 months

• Acquire knowledge across the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, the development of hospital robotics, and comprehensive territory management

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users while contributing to team sales targets

• Gain practical experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and preparing for quota attainment

• Oversee administrative responsibilities such as sales and procedure reporting, tracking sales activity results, and submitting expense reports

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary

• A Bachelor’s degree is required

• A demonstrated track record of success

• Strong ambition and a commendable work ethic

• Ability to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively within a team

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19

• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to Tucson, Arizona

• Some positions may be subject to U.S. export controls and related authorization or technology control requirements

• Total target compensation of $126,140 for Region 1 or $119,000 for Region 2, which includes base salary, commissions, benefits, and equity
