Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives in training surgeons, developing hospital robotics, and managing overall territory.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promotes the advantages of cutting-edge technology to current robotic users to help achieve team sales targets.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, mapping, and reaching objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales/procedures, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
