• Manage site resourcing and workforce planning initiatives.
• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate programs.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, comprising project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Create and oversee program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track progress and resolve issues that may impact program success.
• Relay program status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Recognize areas for process enhancement and apply best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and results.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in program management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong background in site resourcing and workforce planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities within a matrix environment.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource distribution.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
