Clinical Team Manager, Respiratory

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational and quality dimensions of clinical studies

• Create monitoring strategies and clinical tools

• Work in partnership with project leads to develop project plans

• Manage project finances and assist with contract modifications

• Supervise clinical teams to ensure compliance with timelines

• Perform site feasibility assessments and selection

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

• More than 5 years of experience in clinical research

• Background in respiratory research

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

• Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities

• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with change management principles

• Knowledge of clinical monitoring practices and relevant regulations

• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities

• Proficient in automated systems and applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)
