Clinical Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Clinical Management with the daily operations of the EAP call center, encompassing queue management, productivity, quality of service delivery, documentation, and staff scheduling.

• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and coaching to Care Advocates.

• Work alongside Clinical Management and Client Services teams on complex service inquiries.

• Contribute to quality assurance efforts, including call monitoring, documentation review, and case audits.

• Engage with plan sponsors regarding the delivery of EAP/MHSA services.

• Aid in the training and development of new Care Advocates while providing ongoing training on new services, products, and accounts.

• Facilitate service delivery through assessment, consultation, and referral services to employees/members of EAP/MHSA clients via telephone and other access points.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with members, plan sponsors, and providers to coordinate resource allocation and evaluate the impact of EAP services.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a mental health discipline, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A minimum of five years of post-graduate clinical experience.

• Independent clinical state license to practice, such as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Prior supervisory/management experience, including training, goal setting, and performance improvement, or at least one year of Care Advocate experience.

• Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Capacity to critically assess and resolve complex clinical and service-related issues.

• Basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and contact management systems.

• Must reside in the continental United States or Hawaii.
