This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop, activate, manage, conclude, and archive studies within CRG’s clinical systems.
• Assist study teams with tailored template development, study access oversight, and ongoing study management.
• Organize and/or lead meetings with study teams to finalize the processes of study creation, activation, closure, and/or archiving.
• Ensure that assigned tasks are executed accurately, consistently, punctually, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Keep precise, consistent, and up-to-date records in relevant tracking systems.
• Document essential communications related to studies.
• Perform projects, assignments, data entry, data quality assessments, and other administrative duties as per business requirements.
• Deliver centralized administrative support to clinical study teams.
• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent along with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
• Technical roles may necessitate a certificate.
• Prior experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job, equivalent to at least 2 years.
• Capability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to adjust priorities and workload to accommodate changing demands and timelines.
• Proficient English language and grammar skills.
• Familiarity with CRG’s business systems and proficient computer skills.
• Sound judgment, decision-making, escalation, and risk management abilities.
• Self-driven, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work in high-pressure environments requiring intense focus.
• Continuous attention to detail, both visually and mentally.
