This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance a comprehensive regulatory monitoring system for HCOE healthcare programs across all 50 states.
• Participate in regulatory agency hearings, public comment sessions, or stakeholder meetings; create briefings and summaries.
• Maintain a log of regulatory changes and an issue tracker that includes status, ownership, deadlines, and risk levels.
• Monitor state-specific application requirements, processing timelines, and approval statuses for program expansions.
• Design, construct, and uphold interactive dashboards and reports that detail regulatory status, state approval progress, clinical placement data, and accreditation timelines.
• Develop and manage program-specific State Approval Trackers.
• Generate standardized and customized reports for academic, legal/risk, strategy, and executive stakeholders.
• Build and manage a clinical placement data repository that tracks affiliation agreements, clinical hours capacity, and geographic footprint.
• Create reporting pipelines that integrate data from Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneDrive, and external agency websites.
• Ensure that dashboards and trackers incorporate version control, data source citations, and timestamps for the last updates.
• Assist in mapping accreditation standards, cycle timelines, self-study due dates, site visit windows, and deadlines for annual reports.
• Organize and compile evidence and datasets for accreditation reports, site visits, and interim monitoring submissions.
• Maintain documentation that differentiates between program-level approval status and institutional-level regulatory approval status.
• Develop templated reports aimed at operational, executive, program-level, and compliance-focused audiences.
• Prepare data outputs suitable for presentations, including slides and formatted tables.
• Act as a consultant for the university by providing data-ready reports, tools, and trackers.
• Collaborate with university and system leaders to align academic priorities with institutional and system-wide objectives.
• Convert complex regulatory and compliance data into executive summaries, status tables, heatmaps, gap analyses, and risk matrices.
• Distill large data inputs into concise documents suitable for a wide range of audiences.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in a regulatory, compliance, accreditation, academic operations, or healthcare data analyst role is required.
• Strongly preferred experience in building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Preferably experienced in higher education, healthcare regulation, or a multi-site/multi-state compliance environment.
• Familiarity with nursing education and allied health regulatory frameworks, including state board of nursing and programmatic accreditation processes, is preferred.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams within a high matrix reporting structure.
• A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, information science, data analytics, or a closely related field is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required.
• Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs.
• Mobility within the office, including moving between floors, is necessary.
• Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required.
• Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs demand it.
• Ability to access information using a computer is essential.
