Manager, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily activities of clinical trial management.

• Organize and administer all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality outcomes across clinical programs.

• Lead the team and manage competing priorities effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Strong background in clinical trial management.

• Proven capability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is desirable.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
