This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain a comprehensive regulatory monitoring system across all 50 states for HCOE healthcare programs.

• Participate in hearings conducted by regulatory agencies, public comment events, or stakeholder gatherings, and create briefings and summaries.

• Keep an updated regulatory change log and issue tracker that includes status, owners, deadlines, and risk assessments.

• Monitor state-specific application requirements, processing durations, and approval statuses for program expansions.

• Create, manage, and sustain interactive dashboards and reports that encompass regulatory statuses, state approvals, clinical placement information, and accreditation timelines.

• Develop and oversee State Approval Trackers that categorize statuses, include notes, and highlight risk indicators.

• Generate both standardized and ad hoc reports for academic, legal, risk management, strategy, and executive stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain a clinical placement data repository.

• Create reporting pipelines that integrate Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneDrive, and external agency websites.

• Ensure dashboards and trackers are equipped with version control, data source citations, and update timestamps.

• Assist in mapping accreditation standards, tracking cycle timelines, self-study deadlines, site visit periods, and annual report due dates.

• Organize and compile evidence and datasets for accreditation reports, site visits, and interim monitoring submissions.

• Maintain documentation that differentiates between program-level and institutional-level regulatory approval statuses.

• Develop report templates for operational, executive, program-level, and compliance audiences.

• Prepare data outputs ready for presentations, including slides and formatted tables.

• Act as a consultant for the university and collaborate with university and system leaders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in regulatory, compliance, accreditation, academic operations, or healthcare data analysis roles.

• Strongly preferred experience in building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Preferred experience in higher education, healthcare regulation, or a compliance setting across multiple sites or states.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to nursing education and allied health, including state nursing board and programmatic accreditation approval processes, is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within a high matrix reporting structure.

• A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, information science, data analytics, or a closely related field is required.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs.

• Must be prepared to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs arise.

• Ability to access information effectively using a computer.

• Strong communication skills up and down the management hierarchy.

• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.

• High level of mental acuity.

• Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
