Head of Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the team and contribute to establishing the company culture.

• Define and develop key operating metrics.

• Hire and mentor team members.

• Ensure optimal operations across customer experience, recruiting, billing/revenue cycle management, clinical experience, and other related functions.

• Oversee supply-demand matching and forecasting.

• Address credentialing issues effectively.

• Manage partnership activation, focusing on conversion rates, patient flow, and internal processes.

• Create scalable operational systems for revenue cycle management, intake, and scheduling.

• Establish metrics, goals, and standard operating procedures.

• Set the operating rhythm and hold the organization accountable.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in clinical operations within the healthcare sector.

• Proven experience in leading teams.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance and payer workflows.

• Familiarity with eligibility and authorization processes.

• Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures from the ground up.

• Experience implementing organizational change in scaled healthcare systems.

• Data fluency: adept at using data to identify issues, assess their scope, and demonstrate the effectiveness of solutions.

• Proficiency in digital healthcare operations platforms, including Zendesk and Candid RCM.

• Experience in startup to growth-stage companies (preferred).

• Background in healthcare change management at medium to large healthcare organizations (preferred).

• Experience in physical therapy management (preferred).

• Familiarity with marketplace dynamics (preferred).
