Clinical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage order processing

• Perform phone triage for patients nationwide using telemedicine

• Guide patients in self-administration of injections

• Handle incoming calls in the medical staff queue

• Prepare letters of medical necessity and travel documentation

• Communicate via email and phone with providers, patients, and team members

• Aid patients in product ordering

• Submit C/O through the Med portal

• Clarify treatment procedures and offer follow-up education

• Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls

• Balance tasks across EMR, Med queue, and other systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Florida to apply

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment is required

• Strong understanding of medical terminology

• Experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in computer applications (Outlook/Microsoft) and EMR systems

• Ability to multitask and navigate various systems efficiently

• Willingness to learn and collaborate as a team player

• An associate degree is preferred but not mandatory

• Must be available for one of the scheduled Monday–Friday shifts

• Training commitment for 4–6 weeks from 8:00am to 4:45pm
