Clinical Supervisor – Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision, consultation, and support to clinicians.

• Assist in the provision of high-quality outpatient mental health services across the clinics in Johns Creek, Gainesville, and Alpharetta.

• Review and support clinical documentation, including treatment planning, progress notes, risk assessments, and discharge planning.

• Offer guidance on complex clinical cases, ethical dilemmas, crisis situations, and adherence to standards of care.

• Help ensure compliance with Georgia licensing regulations, the NASW Code of Ethics, payer requirements, Ellie Mental Health policies, and internal procedures.

• Mentor clinicians in clinical judgment, professional growth, client engagement, and best practices.

• Collaborate with clinic leadership and ownership to foster a positive, healthy, and cooperative clinical culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Georgia Licensed Psychologist license in good standing with supervisory credentials.

• Qualified and experienced to provide clinical supervision in accordance with Georgia licensing regulations and professional standards.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians.

• Strong understanding of social work ethics, documentation standards, treatment planning, risk management, and care standards.
