Clinical Supervisor – LPC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians.

• Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.

• Provide individual supervision for each resident clinician for every 10 hours of clinical practice.

• Maintain a clinical caseload, ensuring a minimum of 10 hours of client availability each week.

• Offer a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions with patients located in Texas.

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care to clients.

• Oversee and ensure proper documentation practices.

• Guide resident clinicians in their professional and clinical growth.

• Complete weekly documentation of supervision sessions.

• Finalize coaching documentation related to disciplinary or performance issues.

• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance-related matters.

• Utilize clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of Texas.

• Hold an independent license (LPC or LCSW) and reside in Texas.

• Must be credentialed or willing to obtain credentials at the specified location with either LPC or LCSW license type.

• LPC: must have a full LPC license in good standing for 60 months, 40 clock hours of supervision training, and submit an application.

• LCSW: must hold an active license for two years, complete required application, 40 clock hours of supervision training, and three hours of continuing education.

• Behavioral health generalist, open to treating couples, children, and a diverse clientele.

• Must demonstrate consistent availability for clients.

• Willingness to engage with telehealth and EHR tools.

• Commitment to maintaining a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability weekly.

• Willingness to oversee documentation processes.

• Applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.
