This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assist a team engaged in CMHW referral management, family involvement, and assessment functions.
• Ensure sufficient staff coverage and equitable distribution of workload.
• Track quality, productivity, timeliness, and adherence to contract stipulations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Offer coaching, direction, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Act as a subject matter expert for CMHW program stipulations, children's behavioral health services, and family-focused care.
• Facilitate operational enhancement initiatives and standardization of processes.
• Collaborate with state partners, internal leadership, quality assurance, training, and operational teams.
• Engage in client and stakeholder meetings as required.
• Recognize opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in contract management and shared services.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Must be a resident of Indiana.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory, leadership, clinical, behavioral health, social services, care coordination, or a related role.
• At least two years of experience working with children, youth, adolescents, or families in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, child welfare, education, or a related sector.
• Experience in coaching staff and managing performance in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: experience in supporting pediatric, child behavioral health, youth services, child welfare, or family-centered programs.
• Preferred: experience with Medicaid waiver programs, care coordination, eligibility programs, or community-based behavioral health services.
• Preferred: familiarity with Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments.
• Preferred: experience in quality management, process enhancement, and contract compliance.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
